It crosses the boundaries of risks associated with companies of different sizes and when different cultural differences can clash and what this will mean for the productivity of the collaboration on site.This article is to act as a guiding light for when companies merge and come together collaboratively so that it may be a smooth process and that any issues can be identified at the start and eliminated or mitigated before they become major issues down the line.
