The study attempts to investigate RMG industry mapping of Bangladesh & the replacement of RMG away from Dhaka city. Feasibility study of developing cluster based RMG village away from Dhaka is a necessary task for improving the RMG sector in Bangladesh. Dhaka is still the most lucrative location for investment and setting up production units in the country, but the entire city has been exhausted more than its capacity. Currently Dhaka is facing many problems like population density, pollution, poor standard of living, shortage of basic utilities and necessities, traffic jam etc. Millions of people are also living inside Dhaka, creating human deadlocked and changing ineligible to live in Dhaka. In this situation, it is very difficult for clothing industry to bring changes through expansion, centralization, or concentration of industry to create competitiveness in order to fight competitors. It is a great constraint in developing industrialization. In the wake of the large scale industrialization, clothing sector relocation may give relax to both laborers and investors.
