Road 33 is a road in Ardabil Province connecting Ardabil to Germi and Bileh Savar via Road 12 to Parsabad. Ardab l is one of the Azeri inhabited provinces located in the North-West Iran and its center is Ardabil. It is in the north-west of the country, bordering the Republic of Azerbaijan and the provinces of East Azarbaijan, Zanjan, and Gilan. Its center is the city of Ardabil. Province was established in 1993 by separation of eastern part of East Azarbaijan provinces (mainly) and northern part of Gilan. The north-eastern part of the province is part of the territory of the South (Iranian) Talysh. Many tourists come to the region for its cool climate (max 35 °C) during the hot summer months. The winters are bitter cold, with a temperature plummeting to -25 °C. Road 21 is a road in west and northwest Iran. It connects western province capitals to each other and to Azerbaijan border. Iran is home to one of the world's oldest continuous major civilizations. The first Iranian dynasty formed during the Elamite kingdom in 2800 BCE.
