The book has focus on the vital need for the efficient performance of road infrastructure projects is essential for economic growth and development. The performance of road infrastructure projects in the Ugandan Wakiso district is poor in terms of completion of the projects within the budgeted cost, and schedule, and attaining the desired quality. This study, therefore, sought to establish the effects of good project management practices on the performance of road construction projects in Wakiso district. The study was guided by three specific objectives: examine the causes and sources of project management challenges of the road construction projects in Wakiso district, assess the role of project management good practices in enhancing the performance of road construction projects in Wakiso district, and analyze the role of good practices for effective project management in improving performance efficiency of road construction projects in Wakiso district.
