Robin Nedwell (27 September, 1946 - 1 February, 1999) was an English actor. He was well-known for his role of Duncan Waring in the television and movie comedy series Doctor in the House, having also starred in the television series, The Lovers, The Upchat Connection, and Shillingbury Tales. He was born in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England moving to Cardiff, Wales, with his family at an early age where he was educated at Cantonian High School. After leaving school he studied at University College Cardiff and joined the Welsh Theatre Company, and then trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama studying Stage Acting.
