(Charles Guy) Rodney Leach, Baron Leach of Fairford (1 June 1934 ) is a Conservative life peer in the British House of Lords and former Deputy Chairman of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Plc. Leach serves as chairman of the eurosceptic think-tank Open Europe and is a noted climate change sceptic. He is a director of Rothschild Continuation AG and various listed Jardine Matheson Group companies. Leach was born to Charles Harold Leach and Nora Eunice Ashworth. He was educated at Harrow School in Middlesex, UK before going up to Balliol College, Oxford. Baron Leach is is now the chair of No2AV the 'No' campaign opposed to a change in the voting system away from First Past the Post.
