Rodolfo Zapata (born 1966) is an Argentine football coach and former goalkeeper. He is currently head coach of Sunshine Stars F.C. in the Nigerian Premier League. Rolo Zapata began his career as a goalkeeper. He played professionally in Argentina for 12 years in the Primera División with Huracán and Sportivo Italiano. He was forced into retirement by a string of knee injuries. Zapata's coaching career started in the USA before moving to Canada to become Director of their Coaches & Players Development Program. He then returned to the USA where he spent 9 years as coach of the Olympic Development Program. Zapata also helped coach some youth clubs in MOSA such as TRIC United from Toms River, New Jersey.
