Roger's main teachers were Rolls Gracie, Crolin Gracie, and Carlos Gracie Jr.. He is a world renowned martial artist in Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is one of five famous brothers from the Machado clan and is the second oldest. Those are: Carlos, Roger, Rigan, Jean Jaques, and John.
