Roger Morton McCardell (August 29, 1932 November 13, 1996) was an American professional baseball player who played in four games for the San Francisco Giants during the 1959 season.He was traded by the Giants to the Baltimore Orioles on November 30, 1959 but never appeared in a major league game with them.He was born in Gorsuch Mills, Maryland and died in Perry Point, Maryland at the age of 64. Perry Point is an unincorporated community in Cecil County, Maryland, United States. Cecil County is a county located in the U.S. state of Maryland. It is part of the Delaware Valley. It was named for Cæcilius Calvert, 2nd Baron Baltimore (1605 1675), who was the first Proprietary Governor of the colony of Maryland from 1632 until his death in 1675. The county seat is Elkton. The newspaper of record is the Cecil Whig. As of 2010, the population was 101,108.
