Rohan Bewick is an Australian rules footballer currently playing for the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League (AFL). Bewick was part of the Gold Coast Suns compensation to Lions for the loss of senior players; Jared Brennan and Michael Rischitelli . He made his AFL debut in Round 1 2011. His first possession came in the first 10 seconds of the season opener against Fremantle where he received a centre clearance from club legend and brownlow medalist Simon Black.Then Bewick passed the ball into the forward 50 to captain Jonathan Brown who was able to take a contested mark and finished with a goal .He missed Rounds 6 and 7 through injury. He played quite a few games during the 2011 season.
