Role of Ethics in Management of Organizational Crisis

Organizations tend to face crisis from time to time making crisis a common phenomena in the contemporary business environment. Organizational crises have the potential to threaten organizational survival and success. Therefore, in order for entities to emerge stronger from crisis events, it is imperative to ensure effective crisis management. The objectives of this study include investigating the impact of ethics in organizational crisis management, to assess the role of leadership in organizational crisis management and to investigate ethical issues in organizational crisis management.
