It will assess the relationship between H.R. practices and retention. Market trends are shifting very quickly and with this remarkable change, now organizations have realized the truth that keeping the quality and correct number of work force could give them competitive advantage over their competitors. There are five important HR practices i.e. career development, supervisor support, work environment, rewards and organizational policies that influences employee retention directly.

She is the HR Manager at M/s. SE Pakistan and accomplished her MBA (MS/MPhil in HRM) & BBA (Honours) both from the Institute of Business and Technology (IBT) Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Mgr. Aisha Saqib is a seasoned HRM Strategist and in the path of pursuing excellence moreover she is scheduled to participate in the CRC to be held at Madrid, Spain.
