Role of Leptin on expression of aromatase gene in ovarian follicle
Details
Aromatase gene expression was observed at all the stages of ovarian follicle grown in both in vivo accumulation of fat cells and oocytes and a decrease in the expression from PFS to early antral follicles followed by an increase in the antral follicles. The expression in cumulus cells and oocytes obtained from PFS 'cultured in TCM 199 and TCM 199 + hormone supplemented medium was observed only in a few stages and the expression was significantly lower than the standard in vivo or + Leptin group. While the expression of the same in the accumulation of cells in different stages intermediate standard + hormone was comparable to the aromatase gene expression in vivo has grown in the ovarian follicle. In oocytes but the expression was significantly lower at all the stages in Standard + hormone supplemented group compared to in vivo grown follicles.
