Role of oxidative stress in women infertility

Infertility is psychologically stressful condition for any couple.People spends tremendous money and efforts for overcoming infertility.But till now many couples did not find out any solution for infertility with unknown cause.From our observation, women mostly detected as not being able to suitable for carrying fruitful pregnancy.But at the same time no detectable or treatable cause can be found out in them.So here with this small study we have tried to find out probable cause for infertility in females. Oxidative stress has strongly correlated as a probable cause for infertility in our study.The unique feature of our study is that we have estimated oxidative stress in local environment i.e.in the uterus of the infertile females.

La dottoressa Ashwini kamble ha conseguito l'MBBS (2007) e successivamente il MD (Biochimica) nel 2012 presso la Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Ha lavorato alla stima dei parametri dello stress ossidativo nell'infertilità femminile in campioni di endometrio di pazienti infertili. Sta lavorando a tecniche che confermino la tubercolosi in colture cellulari.
