Rudy Man and the Martian Aliens

This narrative is purely a work of fiction. While many of the names used within are English in origin, African names could have been chosen. However, given that no African nation has yet embarked on significant space missions, this may serve as a discouraging factor for aspiring space travellers. The fictional names employed here are not intended to diminish or disrespect any culture's perceptions of space exploration. I ask for your understanding if any aspect of this has caused unintended offence.In the story, Wilson Chaucer is depicted as a microbiologist and laboratory technician within the British Army. The army's elite astronauts, during a specialised space mission, collect samples from outer space. Although these samples appeared nutritionally sound, Robert Brotcher speculated they could prove valuable in experimental research. However, as the experiments progressed, several individuals, including Wilson, were affected by the mutation within the samples. Wilson, as a result of this mutation, transforms and is later recognised as the British Army's official superhero, known as Rudy-Man.
