Rutilio Torres Mantecón, also known as Rui Torres (December 30, 1976, Mexico City), is an artist known by being the presenter for the first and second seasons (between 2000 and 2002) of the Latin American version of the educational-artistic TV show Art Attack (or Arte manía in some countries) of the TV channel Disney Channel. Later, he was replaced by the Spanish Jordi Cruz (2003) who was subsequently dubbed in order to neutralize the Spanish accent. Since October 2008, Neil Buchanan (program creator) has worked as presenter in the Latin American dubbed version by Disney Channel.
