Tímea Drinóczi is a Full Professor at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Law and the doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Hungary.

Agnieszka Bien-Kacaa is an Associate Professor at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru, Faculty of Law and Administration, Constitutional Law Department, Poland.
