India is a land of villages and 74.35% of its population lives there. Agriculture is still the main occupation of people in rural areas. Er verfügt über 27 Jahre Lehrerfahrung und hat mehrere Forschungsarbeiten in internationalen und nationalen Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht. Er ist außerdem Mitautor von zwei Büchern im Bereich des Managements.
