Details
Formal and informal institutions are the guiding principles of human life. Life is a function of culture,social interaction, mobility and capability of getting livelihoods. Sociological thoughts (evolutionary, conflict and symbolic interaction theories) enabled people moving in social dimension of development. To date developing world in general, Sub-Saharan Africa in particular are concerned with social sciences through which level of living can be improved with more social interventions.

The author has acquired his Diploma at Jimma College of Agriculture in General Agriculture,and his BSc and MSc at Haramaya University in Rural Development.He worked in ministry of agriculture in different expertise and currently he has been employed at University of Gondar as a lecturer in department of rural development and agricultural extension.
