Safe Motherhood Curriculum using Kern's six-step approach

Maternal death is a public health problem of global interest and essentially requires measures to avert all forms of preventable deaths. As medical students are future healthcare providers, we have to train all of them to provide quality assured care during pregnancy and childbirth. Thus, we have designed the Safe Motherhood Curriculum using Kern's six-steps approach to train Indian Medical Graduates throughout their period of undergraduate training.
