Organizations are lawfully responsible for establishing and maintaining a working environment where employees are able to work safely, without risk to their physical and psychological health and welfare. These provide groundwork for guidelines on workplace safety, compensation and rehabilitation. A positive working environment is a workplace that helps employee safety, growth and goal attainment.
