Safety planning and risk control

Urban public safety planning in comprehensive urban properties, scale and spatial development state, on the basis of focus on the risk control and risk mitigation facilities construction and so on, through the three levels of planning, i.e., the city's public safety comprehensive (partition) planning, urban public safety planning division, city public safety special planning for urban system of public safety overall planning, and through the implementation of the plan, ensure the safe and stable operation of urban system.

Par mes recherches, je cherche à améliorer notre compréhension des mécanismes moteurs, de la complexité spatiale et des impacts environnementaux du mercure atmosphérique. Mes recherches actuelles portent sur les caractéristiques d'émission des polluants gazeux des moteurs diesel marins et sur leur technologie d'épuration synergique multi-polluants.
