He founded in association with Anis Chaar, Eduardo Afif and Samir Bardawil in 1959 the first construction and trade company that was initiated in Lebanon housing estates' sales- SODECO which stands for Societe de Construction. This professional group mainly built most of sodeco district's buildings until 1964. Alone, he participated in the conception of school establishments, with the Amlieh school, Omar Ibn El Khatab Street (1947), and Makassed schools, Achrafieh Street (1953) and 22nd of November Avenue (1957).
