Sale and valuation of public real estate

This book examines the extent to which state aid rules must be taken into account when valuing and selling publicly owned real estate. The starting point for this work was the assumption that the sale of such properties regularly gives rise to problems resulting from non-compliance with or circumvention of these rules. The work takes into account the national and European legal situation and is aimed at experts in property valuation, owner representatives and, of course, all other interested parties not specifically mentioned by name.
