Saliva of pets cat and dog What risk

Cat saliva is considered the most toxic saliva, followed by dog saliva, and it is the bacteria naturally present in this secretion that are responsible for their toxicity. The present study synthesizes the bibliographic data of the main diseases transmissible to humans via pet saliva, as well as confirms, through an experimental study, the presence of antibiotic-resistant pathogenic bacteria in the salivary secretion of domestic cats and dogs.
