Sarcoidosis: a granulomatosis that hides its game well!

Sarcoidosis is a multi-visceral, ubiquitous granulomatosis characterized by a highly polymorphic clinical picture and an unpredictable course. It is a disease that hides its game well and can present itself in several facets, leading to a more or less important diagnostic delay. Hence the need to diagnose it in time, for an early and optimal management in order to improve the prognosis of patients with sarcoidosis. In this book, we will discuss the clinical, paraclinical, therapeutic and evolutionary particularities of this granulomatosis in internal medicine.
