Autorentext

José Weinstein Cayuela is a Professor of Education at University Diego Portales, Chile. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He has held various public service roles, including Undersecretary of Education and Minister of Culture of Chile. His current research focuses on educational leadership, school improvement, and teacher policies.

Gonzalo Muñoz Stuardo is Professor and researcher at the Faculty of Education and the Educational Leadership Program at Diego Portales University, Chile. A sociologist from the Catholic University of Chile with a PhD in Education from the University of Granada, Spain. Dr. Muñoz is a member of the National Education Council of Chile. His areas of interest are educational policy, school leadership, and educational improvement.

Joseph Flessa is a Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy and Associate Dean, Programs at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, Canada. A former teacher and school principal, he earned his PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has worked on principal development in the US and Chile, and helped establish the First Nations Schools Principals' Course in Canada. His scholarship focuses on comparative educational administration, and school leadership and policy in diverse schools.
