School library: public policies, literature and feminism

This book is the result of monographic research carried out during my undergraduate degree in Literature with a major in Portuguese Language and Literature. Throughout our school career, we hardly read any literature written by women, so this book leads us to reflect on the place of this literature in school libraries. Do we have books by women writers in school libraries? What are the challenges for women publishing books in our country? We hope that reading this book will help you reflect on literature and feminism, as well as discuss public policies for publishing books in Brazil.

She has a master's degree in Cultural Criticism and a degree in Literature with a major in Portuguese Language from the State University of Bahia. She teaches Portuguese Language and Literature in public and private schools in the city of Alagoinhas, Ba.
