Scientific management today

This study was carried out in two companies of different sizes in the Southwest region of Paraná, with the aim of identifying the companies' production management practices and relating them to the Rational Organisation of Work (RLO), through interviews with those responsible for production in both companies, in order to analyse the practice of administrative methods, especially those of Scientific Administration, in companies in the Southwest region of Paraná.
