The study would enable the client to make informed investment decision prior to the development and implementation of a mobile B2B Application. Hence, its aims to achieve the following objectives:I. Identification of the functional requirements of a mobile B2B application by Company X in the food industry. This objective would be achieved through market analysis, stakeholder analysis, software benchmarking, and security requirement analysis. II. Identification of the structural requirements to develop and implement a mobile B2B application considering customer needs, and demands and dynamic market conditions. This would be achieved through system environmental analysis, personnel analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and risk identification and analysis.III. Identification of the resource requirements to develop and implement a mobile B2B application by company X. This would be achieved through project time planning and life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA).
