Searching for information on fish processing technology on the Internet

The paper proposes methods for searching for information on fish processing on the Internet; selecting the optimal method for obtaining the necessary information; analysing the work of query language operators of different search engines; and analysing search results. It examines the current state of fish processing enterprises in the Republic of Belarus, the main directions and prospects for the development of fish processing, as well as the search for scientific justification for the manufacture of a variety of fish products and the latest developments in expanding the product range. Results and conclusions: using various information search methods, it is possible to satisfy the information needs of any person.
