Yallappa Kombinoor, est membre de la faculté au département des sciences politiques de l'Université des femmes Akkamahadevi, Vijayapura de Karnataka (Inde). Il a 20 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement et la recherche. Il est actif dans les activités d'enseignement et de recherche et a participé et présenté des articles dans des conférences. Il a publié des articles dans des revues réputées.
