Security, Refugees, Migrants and Protection of Women and Children

In this book are presented two scientific papers. The first one is dealing with Refugees from the Middle East that entered European Union through the Balkan Route in 2016. The author presented a case study of refugees while working for UNHCR. The second one is dealing with reform of security sector where the author presented two case studies, one from Serbia while working for OSCE in reform of Police Service and another one from Kosovo while working for UNKT/UNDP in tackling the Gender Based Violence.

Fadil Isufi é estudante de doutoramento na Faculdade de Segurança, Skopje, Macedónia do Norte. A sua carreira profissional engloba diferentes projectos com organizações internacionais como: CICV, OSCE e agências da ONU (PNUD, ACNUR, etc.) em tempos de conflito armado e pós-conflito, bem como no contexto do desenvolvimento na região dos Balcãs (Sérvia e Kosovo).
