There are four important divisions in a company which determine success factor and sustainability of the company itself, which are operation, finance, human resource, and marketing. Without people, all of the division cannot work well. Thus, human resource division plays a crucial part to make synergy in all divisions. This book will explain how to select the right employee, who can fit the criteria of the company. The industry that taken as model is bakery industry. The method on this book can be used to generate selection process in general business by following the steps on methodology.
