Selection of Non-Traditional Systems for Procurement Of Works in Ghana

Procurement Systems and Procurement Methods are the two main key terms in Construction Procurement. The most suitable procurement system selection is critical for both clients and other project participants as it is an essential factor that significantly affects the success of a project. This book therefore identifies the factors that contribute to the selection of a particular procurement system, whether the Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 has an influence on the choice of a procurement system and its role in the non-utilisation of the non-traditional procurement systems by Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in Ghana.
