Self-management in the technosphere - the key to sustainable development

Waste of production resources limits the economic development of technological society. Provision of its safety is the effective tool of management of social security of labor resources.The ruling elite, using the administrative resources, tries to cover the expenses on the business process waste management, shifting them to the consumer of the target product. It doesn't promote the formation of the ecological environment, necessary and sufficient for the steady development of economy.The growth of production resources waste quantity, environmental pollution and reduction of non-renewable natural resources predetermine the expediency to legislate the owner of production resources waste in the process of market economy formation and technosphere safety provision. Together with self-management it will provide social protection of labor resources and increase technosphere safety of business processes, bringing it in direct conformity with basic principles of market economy building.
