SELF-SATISFACTION:

The constant search for an effective judicial protection has brought us closer to the desired timely jurisdiction through the most innovative tools of procedural law, among them the self-satisfactory measures, a contribution of the most distinguished modern doctrine, always in search of the solution of conflicts of urgent juncture, where the classic precautionary measures are insufficient. The knowledge and application of these new procedural tendencies constitute a great challenge for legal operators.The purpose of this final graduation work is to provide us with a thorough knowledge of the self-satisfactory measures in their implementation in the labor process of the Province of Jujuy, allowing us to reach a conclusion about the need for their implementation in the provincial legal system.
