This book provides a comparative analysis of the separation of powers in the USA, UK, India, and France. Each chapter focuses on a particular country, examining the history and evolution of the separation of powers principle, as well as the way it is currently implemented in practice. By comparing and contrasting the approaches taken by these countries, this book aims to shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of different models of separation of powers.
