This research work focuses on Services Marketing in Retail Environment. Conducts an analysis of Services, Space Utilization (of cafes, bars and other student activity zones) and the working hours of Student Central, the new home for the Student's Union at the University of Bradford. Student Central is the heart of activity for students on the campus, comprising of a Learning Mall, Union Mall and Ents (Entertainment) Mall. University of Bradford has a reputation of leading the sector in taking innovative approach to providing a wide range of learning and social activity zones. Student Central is the newest entity of Bradford University, allocated for students with the sole purpose of overall student development, beyond curriculum.
