This book constitutes revised selected papers from the Australasian Symposium on Service Research and Innovation, ASSRI, held in Sydney Australia.The 11 full papers presented from ASSRI 2017, which took place during October 19-20, 2017, were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions.
