An insight of job satisfaction facets from the emerging financial alternative. Portmanteau Enables professionals and researchers' ambiance convenient. The study empirically tests the validity of the Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory of Motivation with the moderating effect of Shari'ah perception in the context of insurance industry. The findings reveal that both insurance and Takaful managers and business leaders need to recommend and devise the policies carefully by maintaining the balance between Motivators and Hygiene factors. Hygiene factors with Shari'ah perception trigger the job satisfaction more as compared to the Motivators in Takaful and help them to retain, loyal, satisfied and goal oriented employees.
