Dr. Eng. Heitham ISSA, obtained his PHD in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) in 2006. Since then he has worked in different field of mechanics, marine engineering, informatics, numerical research. He had been selected thanks to his practical experience as a maritime expert. He is the author of several articles published in reputed journals.
