Alteration in various types of genes and molecules leads to the progression of these tumors and comparitive analysis of the mechanisms of these pathways provides a platform to understand the alterations during the tumor formation.This comparitive analysis also opens up a new horizon in tumor therapy by targeting the various components if these pathways.
