Signs of Afro-Hispanism

From the Hispanic in Africanity to the African in Hispanicity, an interpenetration or, better still, a dialogue of African and Hispanic cultures. This is how we can define the concept of "Afro-Hispanism" in universal culture. If this concept is recent, the practice itself is born of the first contacts between Africa and Spain since ancient times. Geographically, Africa and Spain are sisters who already share the Mediterranean before sharing linguistic and cultural elements. Thus, Señas de afrohispanismo materializes the pluridisciplinarity in questions of identity. The book's chapters cover not only literature and sociology, but also the history and anthropology of black peoples in the translanticity or triangulation of cultural identity.
