Silicon based Light Emitting Devices

This research work aims to fabricate and characterize light emitting devices based on silicon di oxide, implanted with nano- crystals. It covers literature review, method of fabrication and characterization based on electrical & capacitive properties. This is further explained and analyzed by related data. This book will be great benefit for students and researchers who are working to find alternate material over conventional material to obtain light.
