Energy saving by enhanced efficiency of operation can be achieved on the supply side by technological development in generation, appropriate operations and so on. There are two levels of aspects in the concept of energy efficiency. They are demand side and efficiency. The demand side energy for the users, which has been largely neglected compared with the supply side. The efficiency is increased which undergoes a technical change that enables it to provide the service. The main objective is to provide a reliable energy to meet the demand for all sectors at spirited prices and also by the proper functioning of the circuit, which are used to increase the efficiency. In order to balance the given two levels of aspects the energy supply industry has made several technical progress and tremendous changes which are highlighted in energy audits driver training program and research proposals to be enhanced with new innovative. For the efficiency as by the bureau of energy efficiency act is to institutionalize energy efficiency services, enable delivery mechanisms and provide leadership to the key players.

Prof. P.Vijayakumar received his doctorate from JNT University, Telangana, Hyderabad, India in 2016. Ramakrishnandevi received her B.Tech and M.E in IT and CS Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. currently working as Asst Professor, Grade-I, Panimalar Engineering College,Chennai, India.
