He is Master of Engineer in Industrial Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. This thesis is a part of his dissertation work during his Master of Engineering Course. This thesis is a real time case study carried out by the author in the plant producing injection molded products for various customers in the world. SIX SIGMA is a strategic initiative to boost profitability, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction through statistical tools that can lead to breakthrough quantum gains in quality.
