Mirwais Rashid, M. Sc. & engineer of applied physics: Graduated from the French-Afghan "Lycée Esteqlal" in 1988; M. Sc. degree in theoretical physics from the University of Groningen in 2000 in the Netherlands; Ph. D. student of experimental physics for one year; engineer's degree in applied physics from the Delft University of Technology in 2012.
