Skill Development - The Role of Skill Development in Economy

The present monograph deals with certain aspects of skill development and improving employability of youths, especially in the field of commerce and business education. Modern economy requires people who possess certain set of skills useful for industry and business, which is not possible to develop employment potential in developing countries without offering right kind of education, which promotes certain skills, and make the youth employable.
