SLEEP: AEROBICS OR RESISTANCE TRAINING Sleep is an important part in the normal functioning of the person. If not adequate, can lead to devastating effects. The improvement can be by so many factors amongst them two are Aerobic training or by Resistance Exercises. Both help to enhance the quality of sleep and thereby preventing from the adverse effects of the paucity of sleep in humans.So exercising in any age will help in enhancing the quality of sleep thereby preventing the individuals from the hazardous effects of the sleep loss. So exercise in any form and sleep adequately to live a healthy life.
